  1. These people had more income than 95% of Ethiopians. They are not economic migrants.
    They were prosecuted because of their political stand . They can easily proove they had fear for their life . If they proove they are afraid they will get killed if they return the USA will give them refugee status right away. . They are refugees. Any Ethiopian that made it to USA is definitely guaranteed Asylum. Some might take more time since they don’t have the right people filling out the form . But anyone who left Ethiopia after 1991 is guaranteed asylum in USA even if it means they had to go all the way up to the superior court appealing finally they get the status nomatter what. Even Woyanes themselves get refugee status here. You must be another woyane that want to keep the Ethiopians refugee quota only for Woyanes that are stealing 4 billions of dollars each year to invest it here in USA.
